Starting from version 6.01 Naso CC can be integrated with Salesforce CRM

Integration covers following functionality:

  • Client recognition from Salesforce CRM on incoiming/outgoing call
  • Automatic opening client's card in Salesforce CRM on answering a call
  • Saving client's calls history in Salesforce (as "tasks")
